Dragon Ball FighterZ: 8 DLC Characters Fans Demand

As well as being one of the biggest threats in the current arc of the show, Jiren is just generally a cool customer. Nobody is really quite sure what to make of him at this point, as he seems to have some kind of ulterior motive for participating in the tournament, but his calm exterior and stoic personality has made him a hit with the fans.

Considering Dragon Ball Super characters aren't off limits, it would really be dumb not to include Jiren. Honestly it's surprising Arc System Works chose to include a Dragon Ball Super character like Hit over Jiren. While it's true Hit is extremely popular, the fandom is borderline in love with Jiren.

Personally I'd wager we're in with a good chance of getting him at some point. Arc System Works are clearly big fans of the show, ergo they must also love Jiren just as much as the rest of us.

Plus, creating his playstyle would be a walk in the park. This is a guy managed to stop a Spirit Bomb with a look. Even his special move, Power Impact, is essentially just a little, overpowered ball of energy. He's basically Dragon Ball's answer to Saitama.
