Dragon Ball FighterZ Season 4: 8 Characters Fans Demand

Pikkon has the honour of being possibly the only non-canon anime character in existence to be universally loved by the anime community. Although characters like Broly and Cooler are also non-canon, the fact that Pikkon came out of a filler arc (opposed to his own movie) and is still loved by the DBZ community is a testament to exactly how cool this guy is.

He has a fresh outfit, he's got fancy fire powers, and at one point in time, he was strong enough to be Goku's rival. Although his time in the anime was short, he did get his time to shine during the Fusion Reborn movie and even managed to take on King Cold, Frieza AND Perfect Cell all by himself. Sure it was non-canon, but it was still awesome.

Considering his short-lived appearance, Pikkon has an incredible wealth of moves to pick from too. He can shoot fire, he can shoot lightning, he can create tornados... the sky is the limit with Pikkon.

However ArcSys would go about incorporating his moves, the creative freedom his powers would offer them is more than enough justification to warrant his inclusion in Dragon Ball FighterZ.
