E3 2016: 7 Ups & 5 Downs From Microsoft's Conference
3. Inside Releases On June 29
Inside is the second game from Playdead (Limbo) and was first introduced to gamers at E3 2014. Since then, word has been fairly quiet, but the game was shown at Microsoft's conference this year, by way of an enigmatic teaser trailer.
While there was little extra shown off in terms of gameplay, we crucially finally got a release date for the game, which has been in development since 2010.
That's right, after numerous delays where it was originally planned for an early 2015 release, the game will now land on June 29, which is naturally much sooner than most probably expected.
Why can't more games just drop a release date 2 weeks before they come out?
