E3 2016: 9 Things To Expect From Spider-Man On PS4
3. An Expansive Cast Of Rogues Will Undoubtedly Feature
No comic book game would be complete without a huge roster of villains to compete with, and the same most certainly goes for Spider-Man.
We've already heard rumblings that Michael Keeton is bringing his own rendition of Adrian Toomes to the MCU in Spider-Man: Homecoming, so that's already one villain that could work wonderfully given appropriate levels of story-telling nuance and layered gameplay. It's also important not to forget that Spidey himself has one of the best rogues galleries in the business, being second only to Batman's. Heck, why not go the full mile and use the entire Sinister Six? They're the perfect cast for players to deal with in a potential game, and that already nullifies any problems of repetitive gameplay, at least in respect to boss battles.
Again, if it can work for Batman, it can work for Spidey. Just be sure to make the battles challenging and innovative please - we definitely don't want a repeat of Wolverine's gameshow trivia hour from Web of Shadows.
