5. Could It Be An Open World Title Centred Around An Occupied Tatooine?

The fact that there was such a large Imperial presence on the desert planet was one of the most interesting things about the ridiculously brief tease we were shown at the end of the video. For starters, it shows that players will have to contend with both criminals and Imperials as they navigate the story, and secondly, it could illustrate that what we're actually getting is an open world.

This would certainly fall in line with some of the previous rumours that came out prior to EA's conference, which hinted at the prospect of an open world RPG title heading our way.

If anything speaks loudest for the presence of an open world aspect however, it would be the vehicles on display in the trailer.

To the left of what is presumably our protagonist are two imperial speeder bikes, ripe for the taking. I doubt they're there for the ambience alone, and considering the animation looked as though they were emerging into Mos Eisley's streets, an open world title isn't too much of a stretch to imagine. If anything, it's what Star Wars fans have been asking about for years.
