2. Pokémon On Switch Is Still Coming This Year
The fact that absolutely nothing has been shown of Pokémon on Switch has made it seem like it won't actually be coming out this year anymore. If it does, the choice for most exciting game of the year just got a whole lot harder.
Recent leaks and rumours have suggested a lot of different details on the upcoming game, but there isn't any information legitimately released about the game yet.
With how beloved Pokémon games tend to be, and how well the Switch is doing right now, creating a mainline game for the console is a huge move.
This E3 gives Nintendo the chance to show off the game in a big way and make sure that it stands out from all of the other amazing games on show. If they go on to confirm it's coming in 2018, a whole new level of hype is on its way.
