Todd Howard single-handily saved the Bethesda presentation as he came out and took the entire thing over with a helping of his trademark charm, humour and killer reveals that capped off with teasers for Elder Scrolls 6 and Starfield.

Thank goodness there also was no talk of Skyrim this year beacause…well, actually that’s not really true. Howard basically took to trolling the entire audience by hinting at a new port, then a piss-take announcement trailer launched starring Keegan Michael Key. He playing new ports of Skyrim on everything from the Amazon Echo device to his smart fridge and even an Etch-A-Sketch.

It was a spot-on humorous skit that showed the company was well aware of their reputation and were willing to poke a little fun at themselves and their blatant cash-cow. Or was it? Supposedly the Amazon thing is actually real after all? Did Howard just pull off a double troll?
