E3 2018: 15 Last Minute Rumours You Need To Know

12. Skate 4 Is Real

The last few years haven't been kind to fans of skating games: it's been over 8 years since Skate 3 was released, and 2015's Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 was an absolute trainwreck.

Fans have been begging EA for a Skate 4 for years, and a glimmer of hope emerged on Tuesday when Skate 3's servers went back online after being deactivated several years ago. This could be a sneaky hint that Skate 4 will be announced during EA's conference.

How Likely Is It?: It's probably best not to get too excited yet, as cruel as it would be for EA to toy with fans like this mere days before E3.

The existence of Skate 4 has been hinted at in recent weeks in other leaks, but there's nothing even remotely concrete. It feels like the right time, but don't take it as a dead-cert just yet.
