It may not have been a remotely surprising announcement, but it sure was a neat one. Hit anime fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ is confirmed to be Switch-bound later this year, and considering the game's spritely visual style, it feels like it'll be snugly at home for players on-the-go.

Some quarters of the press were allowed to privately play-test the game before its reveal, and the consensus seems to be that developers Arc System Works have done a fantastic job maintaining the game's ultra-faithful aesthetic while ensuring it runs smoothly on the Switch's limited hardware.

If you haven't picked up FighterZ but are in the market for a visually stunning and accessible yet challenging fighter, this could be just the ticket.
