3. Fire Emblem: Three Houses Arrives In 2019

Fire Emblem fans will have their dreams for a Switch game answered soon(ish), with Nintendo announcing Fire Emblem: Three Houses. The tactical RPG looks like an ambitious step forward for the series, with fully 3D battles and far more detailed environments than ever before.

Plot details remain scant, but Nintendo's press release states, "the game takes place on Fódlan, where the Church of Seiros exercises great power over the land and its people", while naming the three protagonists as Edelgard von Hraesvelgr, Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd, and Claude von Regan.

There was one bittersweet aspect of the reveal, though: the game isn't coming until spring 2019. Brutal.
