E3 2018: 8 Insane Predictions Most Likely To Come True
6. Death Stranding Gets A Gameplay Debut
If there's one thing everyone knows about Kojima, it's that he not only loves making games, but playing them. Mind games especially.
To little surprise, last year's E3 didn't bring with it the first gameplay showcase for Kojima Productions' first project - it was still early days and Kojima had only just decided on the engine he wanted to use for his bizarro world.
12 months and a surreal trailer courtesy of the VGAs later, we're inching ever-closer to the coveted gameplay reveal and this year's E3 could be the moment we've all been waiting for.
Neither Sony or Kojima have confirmed as such, but a series of teasers and hints here and there at least point towards the game's appearance in some capacity at Sony's presser.
We're inclined to believe gameplay is the order of the day, as there's only so many times Kojima can parade Norman Reedus' face around before the star quality wears off and patience wears thin.
