Ultimate Team, the largest roster in series history, and a whole host of other new modes all come together to make EA SPORTS UFC 2 the most complete MMA game to date. That's something EA SPORTS want to hammer home, that there's something for everybody when it comes to the new title. There are also some other new features fans may be interested in.

For the more hardcore players, the ground game has been improved. What this essentially means is that the developers have added something they're calling the 'Grapple Assist HUD'. This shouldn't take away the core experience of fighting for better positions or angling for submissions, but it should make things a little more self-explanatory for those who are relatively new to MMA games.

When it comes to defending against moves, there's more of an emphasis on pushing in the direction the opponent attacks. This strips away the first game's more confusing up/down when facing submissions and left/right when against transitions. All of these touches make EA SPORTS UFC 2 a fully-fleshed MMA package, one that's at once more accessible, better looking and yet somehow promising to be in-depth.

What else are you excited about seeing in EA SPORTS UFC 2? Do you think this is the MMA game fight fans have been waiting for? Let your voice be heard down in the comments section below!
