6. Iron Fish
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RaC9-ZrTPn0 There is nothing more terrifying than the ocean. The hidden depths of the seven seas could hide creates that haven't evolved for millions of years; giant squids 43 feet long that swim directly under fragile ships. There are mysteries below those waters that we may never know the answers for, and that is what Iron Fish is all about. While the game is only in its alpha stages, what we do know is that Iron Fish is a psychological thriller where you play as Cerys, a deep sea investigator for an elite British Naval group, and use her state-of-the-art, government-funded equipment to submerge as far as possible. You can move from inside the submarine to outside, and swim around, but with sharks, whales and other sea life about, it's at your own risk. The most astounding thing about Iron Fish that really sells it is how real being in the water feels like - you cannot dive particularly fast or swim quickly; the tension does rise from how vulnerable you feel in a world that is clearly not meant for you. While this game needs to be particularly tight to pull off such an experience, we're certainly looking hopeful.
