4. Radahn's Horse Leonard
Radahn is a powerful figure in Elden Ring, just as iconic as his half-sister Malenia. Many might not know just how powerful he is, however. Earning himself the title of "Starscourge", Radahn mastered gravity magic, and was literally able to halt the stars in the sky.
Radahn is seen as a noble figure even if the player doesn't align with his faith to the Greater Will. The reason he's a fan favourite regardless of allegiance, however, is the reason he learned his powerful gravity magic in the first place.
He learned to control gravity... just so he could keep riding his horse.
Growing to massive proportions, Radahn realised he was becoming too big to ride his faithful steed, and learned an entire, powerful magic speciality just so he could keep him close. He still rides his horse in battle, and further data-mining even reveals Radahn constantly protects his horse from danger, even in his rot-maddened state. It's also revealed that his horse is named Leonard, and that they share a single model.
Radahn may be one of the best choices of boss to defeat for a great rune, if only because it brings him (and his faithful steed) peace at last.
