Elden Ring - 6 CONFIRMED Details About G.R.R. Martin & FromSoftware's RPG
George R.R. Martin and FromSoftware teaming up is beyond perfection.
Sometimes you hear a video game leak, and it's WAY too good to be true.
Such was the case with the rumblings of an open-world fantasy RPG from Game of Thrones' creator George R.R. Martin and Dark Souls/Bloodborne/Sekiro team FromSoftware, which started to come to light after George noted he'd "consulted" with a game studio out of Japan.
The internet subsequently went wild pinning down various tidbits of information until a report from Gematsu tied everything together - the claim being that these two mammoth creatives had been collaborating for some time.
All of this came to a head on June 7th, as Namco's own official website leaked a ton of screenshots and footage for their upcoming E3 reveal and future in general, confirming "Elden Ring"; a brand new RPG that - although it isn't a Game of Thrones tie-in - is set to be positively phenomenal.
That said though, you'll have to dig pretty deep to find out more about the project - especially as none of this was supposed to be made public until the appropriate time.
Luckily there is enough to get our heads around what Elden Ring is, so let's bask in the fact that two of the best lore-builders in the business are working together.
