2. Infiltration
A big chunk of the Fighters Guild questline in Oblivion revolves around the group's rivalry with the mysterious Blackwood Company.
Players are told that the Blackwoods have been stealing Fighters Guild contracts and even killing their members from time to time. In order to get the lowdown on this rival faction, players are tasked with going undercover and attempting to pose as a new recruit for the Blackwoods.
One of the first tasks players will be given when infiltrating the Blackwood Company will be a seemingly run-of-the-mill assignment to travel to small village near Leyawiin, and clear out some Goblins that have been attacking the locals.
The Blackwoods make the player consume a special Hist Sap that they say will heighten their abilities, and things start out simple enough as players rampage through the village's farms and houses, wiping out every last Goblin they find.
Things begin to take a strange turn when the players black out and wake up in Chorrol however. It turns out the Hist Sap had some strange side effects, and returning back to Water's Edge to check out the remnants of the raid will reveal some truly shocking home truths...
