10. Wampa Cave

Game: Skyrim, Bloodmoon If you find yourself wandering around the Winterhold region, it's well worth visiting Bleakcoast Cave. The cave is located southeast of the city of Winterhold, along the nearby coast and just north of Snow Veil Sanctum. Not only are there a number of treasures inside the cave (including a two-handed skill book), but there's also a fantastic reference to Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. As you explore the cave, it's possible to see a skeleton dangling from the ceiling. Underneath the corpse is a glowing sword; a clear reference to Luke Skywalker's close encounter with a Wampa beast. This exact scene can also be seen in the Morrowind expansion Bloodmoon, inside Bjorn Cave.
