Every LittleBigPlanet Game RANKED
8. Sackboy’s Prehistoric Moves
The PlayStation Move was Sony's attempt at replicating the success of the Wii. Whilst technically more advanced than the Wii Remotes, they weren't exactly the hit Sony expected them to be. There were a few years though where Sony really tried to make you buy these things, and that's why Sackboy’s Prehistoric Moves exists.
Sackboy’s Prehistoric Moves is a decent standalone expansion to LittleBigPlanet 2 (which is included in physical copies of the game) which shows off what the PlayStation Move can do. The biggest problem is the fact that the game is standalone.
LittleBigPlanet is known for its large amount of DLC and that's exactly what this feels like, only without the ability to collect items which you can then use in your own levels.
If you want to see an example of Sackboy’s Prehistoric Moves done right then look at LittleBigPlanet 2: Move Pack: Rise of the Cakeling, a DLC pack that uses the PlayStation Move but actually connects to the main game.
If we're ignoring that, Sackboy’s Prehistoric Moves is a fun enough game where you travel through a prehistoric world as Sackboy, but that's about it.
