16. The Order: 1886

Starting with a game that, sadly, was barely a game at all. The Order certainly impressed out the gate with its outstanding visuals (in a pure "How awesome do those faces look!"-sense), yet in reality it was more cutscene than anything else.

With entire chapters beginning and ending with you not touching a button, the remaining time was spent playing some of the most basic third-person cover shooting on the market, with only quick-time events and a couple of boss encounters to shake things up.

Disappointment was the word back at launch, and though in retrospect it's worth a quick play for a drastically reduced price, The Order is unfortunately the PS4's worst exclusive.

That body-exploding lightning rifle was badass, though.
