Every Mass Effect 2 Loyalty Mission - Ranked
7. Miranda - The Prodigal
That other mission is Miranda’s The Prodigal. While Miranda can feel smug at beating her psychotic biotic rival, she also just misses the top five.
Once again, outside factors come into play. Miranda is one of the crew there from the very start. In fact, she’s the first thing you see when you wake up from your accident. As a result, her mission can lack urgency. Yes, you might want to help her (and this might be a bigger pull of your BroShep wants to get into her catsuit), but you don’t need her trust like you need the rest.
The story is intriguing, but like Jack you learn more through simple interactions. The clone potential is a little wasted though as it turns into a series of battle arenas where you pop out from cover over and over again.
Also, completing both this mission and Jack’s will lead to the two arguing. Not only does this fuel fanfic everywhere, it forces you to take sides. High Renegade or Paragon keeps everyone happy but without it you need to pick. The one you don’t choose turns disloyal again, and if you’re a male your chance of romance with them is shattered.
