5. Zoe Baker
Zoe's a character who had a ton of potential but ultimately just figures too little in the game to make a major impact. She appears mostly through phone calls as she helps Ethan along, and shortly thereafter you have to decide whether to cure her or Mia.
Either way, Zoe then disappears out of the game (apart from a cameo during the surreal conversation with Jack in the mold), dying if you decide to cure her, or her fate left ambiguous if you cure Mia instead.
Zoe seemed like the best of the Bakers but sadly she's not really developed all that much as a character and so is mostly a monument to squandered potential.
