Every WWE 2K17 Superstar Rating Revealed & Ranked Worst To Best

20. Shawn Michaels

Rating: 89

Last Year's Rating: 91

The Heartbreak Kid skids out of the 90s and almost out of the top 20 (only because I made sure he didn't really) with a downgrade of 2 points for no reason. It's not the best year for him all round since he looks precisely nothing like he does in real life.

19. Sting '99

Rating: 90

Last Year's Rating: 92

Inactivity has clearly blunted Sting in 2K's eyes, as even the '99 version who was a massive 92 last year has been downgraded. There's nothing wrong with a 90 (it's a better rating for him anyway), but I bet it stings. Sorry.

18. Edge

Rating: 90

Last Year's Rating: 88

It's definitely a shame that there's no classic Edge or Christian: at least they've revamped Edge's entrance and he does look good. And a 90 rating is a nice bonus after last year's already pretty tight 88.

17. Mankind

Rating: 90

Last Year's Rating: 86

No Mick Foley this year then, which is a bit of a shame, but at least Mankind gets a bump up to the top bracket that he deserves to be in. He's in exalted company, but his higher rating than 2K16 will delight fans, and it fits the spirit of the gimmick to have him be a legitimate force.

16. Bret Hart

Rating: 90

Last Year's Rating: 90

So it seems 2K weren't particularly phased about the Hitman's apparent tirade at his rating in last year's game... because they've not changed it this time out. 90 is probably a little low, but you can't be seen to be bending to the will of the superstars, or you'll end up having to listen to what every one of them thinks they should be rated at.

That hair is nowhere near a 90 rating.
