Everything Removed From GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition

10. Normal Rain

GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition REMOVED
Rockstar

Ever been caught in a downpour and thought to yourself, 'Well, this is what it must like to have salt ground on top of you from above?'

Of course you haven't, and whoever designed the rain at Rockstar didn't get the memo.

The new rain on The Definitive Edition is so, so bad. It lashes down like particles of bright white salt coming from the heavens, and in certain conditions, it makes visibility almost nil.

In the original games, the rain was fine. It came down, it wasn't obtrusive, and it looked alright. Now it's embarrassing. Not only does it look terrible, but it hasn't been programmed correctly either. If you're inside, sometimes it'll still be raining.

Just a friendly reminder that Rockstar is charging near enough full game retail price for these remasters. Does this scream $60 rain effect to you? Coz it certainly doesn't to us.
