Evolve: 7 Things Needed Before It Dies Out

1. Increased Level Cap

The level cap came as a bit of a surprise to everyone, as it's incredibly low for a multiplayer focused game. You look at games like Call of Duty and Battlefield, and they have an insane amount of levels, yet Evolve decided to go with 40 - a cap people managed to reach in about 12 hours.

It coincides with the unlocks you received, such as new and improved perks to pick before the start of a match, but reaching level 40 unlocks all the perks to use on every character in the game. A level cap for EACH character would have been a great addition, as some people would still be levelling them up now, opposed to earning XP in Evacuation that has no effect on their player progression

Increasing the level cap to around 100, or even adding a level cap on every character, would easily see Evolve last longer. Players would need to put more game time in each specific character to fully "complete" them, improving everyone's games all round, and making matches a lot more entertaining.
