7. Crashed Vertibird
Game: Fallout: New Vegas Another interesting wrecked vehicle, the crashed Vertibird can be found in a crater east of the Old Nuclear Crash Site. Unlike the B-29, the Vertibird sadly isnt based on a real-life event, but it does offer a fantastic piece of loot. The crashed VB-02 Vertibird is guarded by a fearsome group of hardened sentry bots, hardened Mister Gutsys and possibly feral ghouls. Its well worth battling through the crater though, because it contains an incredibly powerful piece of weaponry. The Tesla-Beaton Prototype is a unique Tesla Cannon that can only be found at the crashed Vertibird. Its by far the most destructive of its type, with superior damage and a cap value of 12,525. The site isnt directly involved in any particular quests, although it is used to trigger a recollection for the Auld Lang Syne companion quest.
