Fallout 4: 10 Killer E3 Announcements Besthesda Need To Make
3. Some Form Of Multiplayer
Nobody wants Fallout to turn into some kind of MMORPG, as it would likely decimate the sombre, bleak atmosphere that one expects to find in a post-apocalyptic RPG. Its for that reason that the introduction of multiplayer should be handled with utmost care and precision, so as not to alienate fans of the franchise. However, if games like Journey, Dark Souls and Left 4 Dead have shown gamers anything, its that theres always something fun and interesting to be done with online multiplayer. As far as Fallout is concerned, the addition of a number of standalone multiplayer modes could offer players some chaotic fun away from the experience of the single-player game. Aside from the usual deathmatch and objective-based modes it would be great to see some horde modes and arena battles revealed to us at E3. By blending Fallouts visual style and eccentric combat with the series notably expansive selection of character builds, Bethesda could make a ludicrously entertaining and engrossing multiplayer experience, without having to interfere with the franchises cherished story mode.
