Fallout 4: 10 Majorly Overlooked Features That Will Be Amazing
10. Weapon-Specific Melee Attacks
See that? Just to the right of the Mods list; "Superior Melee Damage". Now, it might be par for the first-person course to introduce the butt of your rifle to the face of any incoming threat, but Fallout has until now always stuck to the pre-Halo mould of having you switch between guns and melee as separate slots. No more, as although we've seen plenty showcases of combat in all its forms, how these additional buffs are going to be implemented remains to be seen. Chances are it'll be the standard one-button hit that's industry-standard now, but thanks to this being Fallout there's every chance a close-proximity hit will just auto-trigger when you execute an attack in V.A.T.S instead.
