Fallout 4: 10 Small Problems That Stop It Being Perfect
4. Mirelurks Are More Threatening Than Deathclaws
Deathclaws are at their most ferocious in Fallout 4, but even when they fall under a legendary tier, they still don't instil the same sense of dread that a nest of Mirelurks does. These things are absolutely unrelenting - they spit at you, they charge at you, they claw at you, they spray at you, and that's all before you even think of the Queen that does all of those things in one. They're fast, cover pretty much every base imaginable and take a ridiculous amount of time to deal with - not to mention they're shielded from the front, draining your VATS meter as you attempt to deal any damage. At least with a Deathclaw you can hide and stealthily chip away at its health. With Mirelurks? Your best option is to scream and fire.
