3. The Crafting System
This is an area where Fallout 4 will have a lot of competition from other games in the genre, because it's an element that's so important in RPGs. Oddly though, very rarely does it receive universal praise from players. The developers will certainly be giving extra attention to this part of the game, so expect it to be a standout feature, which improves upon the crafting systems from part 3 and New Vegas. Here you will likely see a much deeper system, possibly giving the player the ability to craft full armour sets, a means to improve standard weapons, make temporary stat-increasing potions, and hopefully construct weapons of mass destructions. Unlike other upcoming RPGs where the crafting emphasis will be on items such as swords and shields, the post-apocolyptic world of Fallout 4 will give the player a whole arsenal of futuristic toys to play with.
