Fallout 4: 11 Awesome Xbox One Mods You Need To Try
8. Playable Ghouls
If you think you've been having it rough in the wasteland, then spare a thought for ghouls, consigned to living hundreds of years with Freddy Kruger faces and 20 pack-a-day voices. In fact, why not go one better than that and actually put yourself in the shoes of one of them?
That's the idea behind this mod, and while it's effectively just a skin and you won't be treated with the apprehension and revilement actual ghouls in Fallout 4 are, you'll at least look the part (i.e. awful).
To use this mod, you're best off starting a new game, as otherwise your current character will get the ghoul bug, albeit with all the hair and scars you created your character with - making for an odd sight. The creator Deegs mentions in the description that he's also planning synths next, which sounds great.
Can we have Super Mutants after that, please?
