7. Snap'N Build
Settlement-building is one of the most widely embraced features in the Fallout 4 community, even though it is a little on the clunky side. But one regular complaint from settlers is that there isn't much visual variety to what you can build, which is mainly confined to wooden or metal shanty shacks.
Enter the catchily-named Snap'n Build, which uses hundreds more textures, objects and buildings from the game for your constructing pleasure. Buildings include greenhouses, bunkers, mobile homes and brick houses, which you can then embellish with things like balconies, metal walkways and railings. For optimal results, combine this with Settlement Borders Extended, which increases the space within which you can build settlement up to 20-fold!
