Fallout 4: 9 Insane Character Builds You Need To Try

7. The Serial Killer

You put on a great face for the traders you meet, and to the people you need to persuade into doing what you want them to do, but none of them know that underneath that veneer you're completely cold. You have perverse urges - whether it's to see what someone's viscera looks like when hung out to dry, or what a human ear tastes like, or simply because the process of killing gives you a thrill. Yep, you're just a regular ol' wasteland serial killer...

This build isn't super-specialised in any one particular weapon class, though he/she does find that there's just something more intimate about hacking into someone's flesh rather than immediately ending their existence with a bullet. So get up those Strength numbers to get that Big Leagues perk, and put some points into Agility so you can go about your work nice and quietly with Sneak and Ninja.

In classic serial killer fashion, you function best at night, so get enough Perception to grab the Night Person perk, which increases your Intelligence and Perception when it's dark, and Mister Sandman to immediately kill people in their sleep. The Serial Killer is a manipulator, so a huge input into Charisma is a must. Use that to put points into Lady Killer and, of course, Intimidation - saying things that make peoples' blood run cold whenever they try to defy you.

Essential starting SPECIAL stats: 2 Strength, 6 Perception, 7 Agility, 10 Charisma Essential perks: Sneak, Ninja, Big Leagues, Intimidation, Lady Killer, Cannibal, Gunslinger, Mister Sandman, Night Person.
