Fallout 4 Leak: 10 Reasons 'Hardcore Fans' Need To Stop Complaining

1. 'More Of The Same' Gameplay-Wise, Is Totally Alright

This is only Bethesda's second Fallout game - think about that for a second. The first two were developed by Black Isle Studios, spin-off Brotherhood of Steel was Interplay and New Vegas was Obsidian. That literally lets you see that the already-revolutionary Fallout 3 was their first attempt at meshing the mythos of that world with their own tech, and they came very close to perfection right off the bat. It's simply because of that game's legacy and occasional hiccups though, that we have Fallout 4 - the second execution on a f'ing BRILLIANT formula. Did you hear anyone complaining about when Rockstar released GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas using the exact same game engine with just aesthetic overhauls? How about the first three Assassin's Creed games from 1 through Brotherhood? It's not about completely gutting and reworking a system from the ground up every single time. When you've struck gold and excavated a whole lot of it for all to see already, all that's left to do is keep on digging.
