7. Cannibalism Satisfies Hunger, With BAD Side Effects

The out-of-the-box thinkers among you have probably considered the Cannibalism perk as a logical workaround to any food-related woes that survival mode brings. And Bethesda have thought about that too, as feasting on human flesh does indeed satisfy your hunger.

But wait! Don€™t start gnawing on raider limbs just yet, because too much human flesh will afflict you with €˜Dark Craving€™, and it'll become the only meat that will satiate your hunger. The craving affects you much quicker than normal hunger, so if you€™re in an area with no people in the vicinity, you€™re as good as dead.

Seeing as survival mode is still in beta, this gameplay feature may still be a bit broken, as currently the way to cure yourself of Dark Craving is not to eat human flesh for 24 hours, by which time you€™d have starved to death anyway.

Talk about rock and a hard place, eh? You€™ll get no sympathy here though, you filthy little cannibal...
