Fallout 5: 10 Things It Must Do Better Than 4

8. Up The Graphics To 11

Fallout 5
Bethesda

Come on guys, we're not on the PlayStation 3 anymore.

With a new generation of consoles comes an upgrade in graphical fidelity, right? Bethesda games seem to be the exception to this rule, as the graphical quality of almost all of their games is subpar at best. Fallout 4 is no exception.

Whilst it's true that good graphics aren't the most important thing in a game, having distractingly bad ones can often massively take away from what a game is trying to do. With consoles like the PS4 Pro and the Xbox One X, developers can make games look absolutely incredible. Considering the high-calibre of the Fallout series, it would be amazing if Bethesda could do that for Fallout 5.

And why shouldn't they? The next Fallout game is doubtlessly going to be years away, and with that time Bethesda could make it look as incredible as they want. With a brand new engine and much more polish, Fallout 5 could look jaw-dropping.

Jumping through portals, swinging through cities, destroying beings made of darkness and occasionally shooting a gun or two. I also write about games.
