3. An Intuitive User Interface

Fallout 4's user interface was, in a word, terrible. The extremely cumbersome UI made a meal out of something as simple as sorting through your weapons, and the map was a total mess. It felt even worse if you were a PC player, sadly, as it was clearly designed with consoles in mind.

UIs have always been a low-point of the series, and while the games have a lot to juggle organisationally, other games manage it just fine, so there's not really much of an excuse here.

How Likely Is It?: Yes, Bethesda will print money with FO5 regardless of whether or not they fix this, but given the overwhelmingly negative reception, it's not too optimistic to expect at least a slightly slicker overhaul in the next five-ish years. 6/10
