7. Assassin's Creed Logo
Boy, Ubisoft really just can't let go of the old cloak-and-dagger-and-contrived-conspiracy-theory series, can they? Not content with the tribute to the legendary Leap of Faith, you can find another, more subtle nod to Assassin's Creed. Head down towards the southern parts of the map, and keep a close eye on your mini-map, because in the area outlined below you'll find a dirt outline of the iconic logo from the Assassin's Creed series. The logo's much clearer on the mini-map than it is on the actual play-screen, so be vigilant otherwise you'll miss it. But is this just a nod to the AC series, or a sign that the two universes are indeed connected? Takkar, after all, does seem to possess the gift of Eagle Vision, and his ability to command animals after drinking blood is one shared with AC III's Connor Kenway after drinking red tea. Perhaps what we're looking at here is not just an Easter egg, but a tribute to Takkar as the first ever assassin of the AC bloodline... or is that theory just too crazy to take in?
