4. Own Goaler
The title speaks for itself really. Again, it's something that affects Virtual Pro and Team Play more than any other mode; though I imagine playing Head-2-Head against someone constantly scoring own goals isn't particularly fun either. Sometimes these people are just annoyed they couldn't play in their wanted position, so they simply ruin the match for everyone else. It's no fun even for the opposing team either, as the stop-start nature of someone constantly scoring own goals kills any enjoyment you can have from the match. It disrupts everyone. Unfortunately, you can't vote to kick people like this off your team. Nothing screams joy-kill as much as this does.
