When FIFA 12 was released the Manager Mode had been given a serious overhaul, now in FIFA 13 certain tweaks have been made to give a more realistic view on the managerial world. Players will now be more interactive and will give more feedback based on your decisions. When a player is annoyed they will let you know, for months on end.
2. Managerial Office
The next upgrade to Career mode is a managers office. This is where gamer's can view any available managerial positions via the jobs board. This now allows gamers to swap clubs mid season, no more waiting to move clubs until the end of the season, youre the manager and you can leave whenever you wish. Another great feature is you, as a manager will feature in the game, depending on customisation options chosen at the start of the career mode you will see yourself as the manager running up and down the touchline. (Dont expect a reaction like Mourinhos when he ran down the touchline but you might be able to run around the box like Ferguson or Wenger).
