One of the biggest changes for Career Mode in Fifa 13 is the transfer system. Not only can you straight out buy a player you can also trade players and add a cash sum. When selling a player, the CPU may offer only £20 million for your player; you as manger can counter the offer and ask for more then the CPU will choose to accept/reject your proposal. When offering a contract to a player you are given advice on the sort of deal the player is hoping for. Once a deal is agreed you can label them a Crucial Player, Important Player or a Future Star.
