FIFA 14: 10 EPL Players Who Will Definitely Be Over-Rated

2. Fernando Torres

Team: Chelsea Despite Chelsea's inability to sign a new striker (so far) and their preference for signing ALL of the midfielders in the world, Jose Mourinho cannot be unaware that in Fernando Torres, he has a bit of a lame duck of a striker. Hamstrung terribly by that giant price tag that took him from Liverpool to the South, Torres has looked a shadow of his former glorious self, and would probably do well to justify a tenth of what Chelsea over-paid for him a few years back. But despite this, FIFA 14 will probably still give him a great rating. There's precedence after all: last year he had better finishing than Robert Lewandowski, and he hasn't suffered anything like the catastrophic drop in rating that his equally catastrophic drop in form should have earned him so far. Some say it's because of shirt sales, but there surely can't be that many people still buying shirts for the centre-forward whose national team consciously invented a system where they wouldn't have to play with strikers in order to compensate for how rubbish he is. Can there?
