1. Franck Ribéry (90)
Bayern Munich had a phenomenally good campaign last season. Inspired by the superb form of Franck Ribéry, the Bavarians won the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, Champions League and Super Cup. Which is why you can't really argue with the fact three Bayern players make up the top 10 rated players in FIFA 14. My only quibble is the close proximity of Ribery's rating to Cristiano Ronaldo. The second best player in the game, Ronaldo (92) is rated just two points better off than the Frenchman and two points worse off than Messi at No.1. Are we really expected to believe the difference between Messi and Ronaldo is the same as the difference between Ronaldo and Ribery? Theres no way Ribery can be considered only marginally worse-off than Messi, either. There has to be more of a distinction between the game's highest-rated player and its third, and in FIFA 14, there isn't. Do you agree? Share your thoughts in the comment section, below.
