9. Gary Hooper
After scoring 63 goals in 95 appearances for Celtic, Gary Hooper has become one of the most prolific English centre-forward's in world football and is the next player to appear in our list. FIFA 2013 saw Gary Hooper receive a rating of 76 which is by no means a low rating, however for a player who, before signing for Celtic had never played in the top division of a country and had never been anywhere near European football, has now scored goals against some of the biggest teams in the world, is a shoe-in to receive a higher rating. As a recent signing for Norwich City in the English Premier League, he will be playing against high quality teams every week. This will be a new experience for him and in FIFA 14 he may receive a slightly higher rating as a result of his previous goal scoring record in Scotland and the league he will now be playing in.
