FIFA 14: 5 Future Improvements FIFA 15 Must Have

5. Better Goalkeepers

Fifagoalkeeper For me, the difference in class between League One goalkeepers and Premier League goalkeepers isn't noticeable enough. For instance, in real life, a lower league stopper is more likely to spill a shot into the path of an onrushing opposing player for a sure goal off the rebound than someone like, say, Simon Mignolet of Liverpool. Yet I have noticed, on an ever-increasing number of occasions, supposedly world-class keepers failing to keep hold of the ball in even the most simplistic of circumstances. Not to put too fine a point on things, but goalkeepers in FIFA 14 can't catch a cold. In fact, I'd go as far to say that they can't save money at a discount store. Which is particularly infuriating when their mishaps lead to the opposition scoring a gimme. Even more so when playing online with a friend. Goalkeepers are the only aspect of the team you can't control in a match, which is why you expect them to do their job properly by default, which isn't the case most of the time.
