FIFA 15 needs a complete overhaul in the team management and tactics area, because for the past eight years we've endured a lot of frustrations and pain with this aggravating area, which is simply a burden rather than a blessing. The best improvement to team management in recent years was the quick change option, where you could swap a player for another with a few clicks of a button, rather than scrolling through 30 names to find that young left-back who suddenly needs to be thrust into the first-team due to injury problems. Similar innovations would be extremely beneficial in the next instalment of FIFA and we need many of them in this area, as the same issues arise every year, forcing players to endure pain and suffering just to change the line-up for a League Cup game.
