FIFA 15: 10 Players Who Need Upgrading After World Cup
3. Thomas Müller 85
He may already be in the upper-echelons of FIFA 14s huge roster of players, but surely we can all agree that Müllers performance in Brazil is worthy of an upgrade in EA Sports next game? The German footballer (how else to describe Müllers position?) proved himself to be not only a technical master but also one of the most versatile players in world football. Müller can play in practically any midfield or forward position and is effective at doing it. His pace, technique and understanding of the game mean that the 24-year-old must be considered to be one of the greatest current players. In Germanys opening game the Bayern Munich star scored a hat-trick against Portugal and the incredible talent showed no signs of slowing down throughout the tournament. He also drew first blood in Germanys mauling of tournament favourites Brazil. Still only age 24, Müller has already scored 10 World Cup goals (despite not being an out-and-out striker), earning him the Golden Boot in 2010 and the Silver Boot in 2014. There can be no denying that Thomas Müller is now one of the greatest footballers on the planet and this should be reflected in his receiving a far higher rating on FIFA 15. Suggested Rating: 90
