Hallelujah! FIFA 15 seems to have eradicated that annoying way players didnt come to the ball when receiving it in FIFA 14. Many a Sunday League player wouldve had the shout: Go to the ball with a few extra profanities thrown in directed at them from their manager (who still harbours bitterness over his failure to make it in the beautiful game), and in their quest for realism, unfortunately EA Sports drew from the marshes and fields, rather than the Premier League and European arenas. Coming to the ball is one of the first lessons any aspiring footballer is taught when they take to the field as a five-year-old and yet, for some reason, FIFA 14 designed ball-watching zombies who passively watched in a daze as the ball rolled towards them only to be inevitably pipped to the ball by an opposition player who, you know, actually moved.
