FIFA 14 Rating: 81 Paulinho joined Spurs last season for £17 million from Corinthians in his homeland and his opening campaign for the club was mixed in terms of its success. At times, he was completely anonymous in games and his performances genuinely made people wonder how he was a full Brazilian international (he now has 32 caps and has scored five goals), whereas in other games - such as one in particular against Stoke City - he looked spectacular and every inch the classic Brazilian superstar. He played 37 times - 33 of which came from the start - and he scored eight goals. That's not a bad return for a midfielder in his first Premier League season. However, having been likened to Frank Lampard - a man who consistently hit well in to double figures every season when it came to his goal tally for Chelsea - more will be expected of him this season. Paulinho did have a terrible World Cup, but his rating in this year's FIFA offering should remain as it was last time out.
