FIFA 15 Ultimate Team: 10 Legends Who Were Criminally Overlooked

7. George Best

Suggested Rating €“ 91 Despite his premature death almost 10 years ago, George Best was one of the few players of last century whose stardom transcended football. This is encapsulated by the fact that he has an airport named after him in Belfast and has a statue dedicated to him outside Old Trafford. Given how George Best clearly left a huge impact on the world, it seems all the more surprising that he is yet to be included as a Legend in the FIFA franchise. Best was one of the very first celebrity footballers but this certainly wasn€™t only because of his effervescent personality. The ultra-talented winger earned his celebrity status on the pitch, being one of the greatest of the hundreds of footballers to have played at Old Trafford. Though many dwell on his darker final years and his eventual death due to alcoholism, it must be remembered that the Irishman was one of the greatest dribblers of the ball ever; combining extreme pace, balance, skill and natural goal scoring ability to send United fans wild between 1963-1974. Tragically Best€™s alcoholism would ultimately have a marked affect on his performances, but while he was on top form the winger proved that he was worthy of Legend-status on FIFA.
