Although these additions won't affect the game-play at all, they're definitely needed as without them the game is stuck in the dark ages. Also, it won't take much effort for these little things to be added. They should've been a while ago. The first is the changing of league badges on the sleeves of your kit as you progress through career. Currently, if you take a side from League 2 to the Premier League you will still have the badger from your old division on your kit. The same goes for promoted clubs, they'll display the badges of the lower leagues and vice-versa for relegation. Another thing that would be brilliant is for kits to get dirty. We've all been there, it's pouring it down and we're putting our all in on the pitch. We slide around in the mud and our Mum goes mad at the washing she has to do. The same needs to be implemented on FIFA. I'd love to see my keeper pull off a string of brilliant saves and leave the field looking like they've visited a Turkish mud bath. There are many other minor things that FIFA needs to add like this, which although not a big loss it does leave something missing. This is something FIFA is craving out for in order to reach the next level of football simulation.
